Flight into Anchorage. Great views if it's light when you fly in.
First day we saw this moose by the road. It got my hopes up for the rest of the trip for all the animals we would see. We didn't see many animals by the road outside of the parks.Flattop Mountain hike. We did the Sunnyside trail. We read it wasn't as hard to hike up to the top. $5 for parking.
